Punched metal strips
We produce more than 400 different variants and patterns of endless punched metal strips, also known as punched strips or scaffolding strips. These punched strips are used in a wide range of sectors – from the automotive industry, wind turbines and the electrical industry to leisure and sports products.

Punched metal stripsThese tapes are characterized by high stability and rigidity and are therefore used in static seals such as window shaft seals. However, the single-web, breakable steel belts can also be found in the non-automotive sector as PVC edge protection profiles. Like all our solutions, this belt can also be produced coated or uncoated.

“Performance CARRIER” DESIGN
Punched metal stripsThe “Performance Carrier” design is characterized by its dimensional stability and extreme durability. It is not deformed, but installed flat. Skis are a typical area of application. It is lightweight, has a certain flexibility and is designed for heavy-duty use. The “Performance Carrier” design is available in a variety of different versions (thickness, width, coating, design).

WE BRING COLOR INTO PLAY
DECORATIVE COATINGSNormally, the punched strips are installed in such a way that a colored effect makes no sense at first. However, color coding can be useful as a distinguishing feature for very similar components, such as seals.
Another idea is to use colored punching tapes in transparent plastics. This can result in interesting products with a very technical look.
