TOP 100 Award

Ranga Yogeshwar honors ACP Germany for innovative achievements

Überlingen – Recognition at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates ACP Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG from Bad Salzungen on being awarded the TOP 100 seal. The award ceremony at the Summit took place on Friday, June 28, in Weimar for all SMEs that received the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year. The science journalist is accompanying the innovation competition, which is being held for the 31st time, as a mentor. In the scientific selection process, ACP Germany was particularly convincing in size category A (up to 50 employees) in the category “Innovation-promoting top management”.

The TOP 100 company portrait published on the occasion of the award states (excerpt):

ACP Germany supplies its customers from the automotive, energy and leisure industries with more than 400 different types and designs of punched and roll-cut metal strips. One success factor for Managing Director Michael Koch is the focus of all employees on the customers. Koch therefore ensures maximum satisfaction and open communication within the workforce, as everyone in the team needs to know where there is a need for action on the part of customers. For example, the company is very far ahead when it comes to the CO2 footprint, as customers demand the relevant evidence. ACP has a clear competitive advantage here: “90 percent of our suppliers are sister companies. Thanks to special software, we can declare all products purchased from them with a CO2 footprint and see exactly where there is a need for action,” reports Koch. ACP has been part of the international HUEHOCO family for 20 years. Regular contact between employees within the group ensures comparable processes and quality.
